In His Later Years, Asher Worked As A Director And Writer For Television Shows

He directed episodes of “Alice” and “The Paul Lynde Show,” and adapted “The Bad News Bears” for television. In addition, he directed the reunion telepic “I Dream of Jeannie. Fifteen Years Later” in 1985. Asher is survived by his wife, Rebecca Asher, and nine children, including seven stepchildren.

In 2008, Asher began exploring the fantasy sports industry and signed a deal with DraftDay, which was then the third largest fantasy sports website after DraftDay and FanDuel. The actress wanted to stop working because she was expecting, but Asher convinced her otherwise.In 1964, they made a hit movie called “Bewitched,” where a Bill Asher suburban housewife becomes a witch. Asher continues to work in the family business.

Asher was born in New York City, New York, on Aug. His parents were successful movie producers who specialized in horror movies at Universal. His parents divorced when Asher was 11 years old. Asher grew up in California, but returned to New York to live with his mother, Betty. His mother suffered from alcoholism and rages.
